SHIPPING TERMS
We currently provide tracked domestic shipping within the United States. Standard order processing time is approximately 3 to 5 business days, after which shipments are dispatched via carrier services that typically deliver within an additional 4 to 5 business days. All shipments include tracking information, which will be provided upon fulfillment.
Please note that processing and transit times are subject to seasonal fluctuations and may vary based on carrier capacity, destination, and local conditions.
International shipping is not available at this time.
PREORDERS
Pre-order merchandise is not maintained in active inventory. Bulk procurement for these items occurs on a recurring three-week cycle. Upon fulfillment, customers will receive an automated shipment notification. Standard delivery timelines are estimated at 5 to 7 business days from the date of notification.
CUSTOM ORDERS
Custom orders undergo a post-confirmation production cycle of approximately 6 to 8 weeks, commencing upon receipt of final client approval. Upon completion of processing, a shipment notification will be issued via the contact information provided.
Following dispatch, standard delivery is estimated at 5 to 7 business days, contingent upon carrier performance and destination logistics. Timelines are subject to variation based on seasonal demand and order complexity.
