
REFUND & CANCELATION POLICY
A LEGAL DISCLAIMER
We provide a 14-day return policy, allowing you to initiate a return within 14 days from the date of receipt. To qualify for a return, items must be in the same condition as when received—unworn or unused, with all tags attached and in their original packaging. If your return is approved, you will need to send the item back to us. Please note that a 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returns. For any inquiries regarding returns, feel free to reach out to us at maisondeminerve@gmail.com.
Please be aware that refunds cannot be issued for products that are in transit, and orders cannot be canceled once dispatched. Refunds are solely applicable to items that are returned.

EXCHANGES
The most efficient way to obtain a different item is to return the one you have. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the desired item.
REFUNDS
You will be notified once we have received and inspected your return, informing you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have elapsed since your return was approved without receiving your refund, please contact us at maisondeminerve@gmail.com.
